Nhs nursing, drs, support workers few, over stretched and under staffed. Sedexo services poor, inadequate, non communication, Services provided by sedexo in my experience ward 8 MRI. Cleaning: Poor, open to cross contamination, filthy floors, patient areas, shared showers and toilets. Food: inadequate, often cold, no variance in special menu, no options available for special diets. Ward maintenance: no response to power outage on ward 4 beds failed and deflated mattresses fir elderly patients bedbound for over 24 hours. Drips powered by extention cables. Tvs no power. Lighting poor. Blinds broken. Windows leaking. Draughty as broken locks on windows and gaping holes. Laundry: insufficient sheets, gowns, towels and blankets. Often 4 hours late so elderly patients lay in wet bedding and clothes. Often end of shift before washed and changed as not enough laundry or arrived too late. Sedexo need bringing to account. Covid now on ward. My mother has been moved to isolation through contracting in last 24hours ... no strict government policy or recognition to inform or restrict access other patients and visitors and visiting staff on ward
