My husband was on Ward 7 HPB for over four weeks from December to January 2020. The treatment he received was wonderful and all the staff no matter their grade went out of their way to go that little bit further than one would normally expect. Tehseen the ward manager has her finger on the pulse and knows just what is happening at all times.
When my husband had to be rushed back in on two occaisions after home leave the staff were so professional making a difficult situation easier for myself and my husband.
This ward is a credit to Manchester Royal Infirmary and the NHS in general. I am a nurse myself but rarely have I ever seen such team work. Thank you all.
