Apart from the fact we called an ambulance that hadn't arrived in an hour and a half. My mum had a fall in the early hours, she lost a lot of blood that made her anxious. We on arrival booked in and sat and waited, her head was dripping with blood. I asked the receptionist how long the wait was, on that request she kindly called triage of which we then managed to get my mum seen. The care was fantastic.
