All staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. Although staff were very busy they always had time for you.
Ward was very noisy at night however I was only on ward for one night so this may not be the norm.

The staff were all warm and kind and put me at ease.
The breast clinic were amazing, as always. The surgery team were fabulous. The nurses and crew were great.
My only issue would be that I came down with Mrsa whilst either at Maidstone, or from Pembury. This caused complications, but they were all handled brilliantly by the breast clinic staff.

My care was as good as it could be. The food could have been better. The only thing I really liked was the soup.

My son has downs syndrome and spruce autism.
All the staff on Deak ward went out of their way to handle him with compassion, patients, and understanding. My family are in GWC of their complete professionalism and will be forever grateful for the care our son received.
