Urology Dept 2020/2021
I feel there is a lack of communication within the department and outpatients.
I was due for an cystoscope - which did not happen.
This was then changed to local anaesthetic. Apt came for this as promised.
But no call for Covid test. Therefore apt cancelled the day before!
Should someone not have checked this?
I am still waiting to hear from the hospital? Presumably for an apt for a cystoscopy?
Now I’ve received a letter from urology discharging me?
So if someone can tell me what’s happening I’d be very grateful.
I have a history of cancer in my family and myself and am constantly worried.
No wonder cancers are not being detected?
