Good afternoon All, I attended Loughborough Hospital (15/05) during the pandemic whilst lock down measures and social distancing practices were in place. Upon arrival and at all times the requirements this demanded were adhered to by all, thank you. I especially wanted to to give a heads up to Helen,Donna and Mr Norwood, Sam, Becky, for making the whole process from arrival, procedure and departure as comfortable and stress free as possible. The care and time I received from you all was much appreciated during my brief visit. Thank you all Best regards Rob Ward
