I attended the x ray dept, not sure was going the right way, I asked a member of staff, not only did she give me directions she walked all the way to the department offered to get me a wheel chair as I was limping, I got to x ray dept where I was met by a friendly receptionist and called through straight away . All the staff I evolved talked me through the whole process and put me at ease, they are fantastic,best hospital I've been to.

Good afternoon All, I attended Loughborough Hospital (15/05) during the pandemic whilst lock down measures and social distancing practices were in place. Upon arrival and at all times the requirements this demanded were adhered to by all, thank you. I especially wanted to to give a heads up to Helen,Donna and Mr Norwood, Sam, Becky, for making the whole process from arrival, procedure and departure as comfortable and stress free as possible.
