The nurses wer very friendmy and caring especially the ones at night time.
I did have an issue though, I’m not sure what heppened there, the person who took my food order seemed to lack people skill, I kind of felt it, and post operation, My meal was forgotten delayed... I hope it was exceptionnaly to one person only because I was really hungry And Had my food only at 9.30pm instead of 7pm.
This was a shame because apart from that, everything else was so perfect.
From check-in, room suite, entire nursing team to the doctors .... all were amazing. Thank you
I had a wonderful experience here as a day patient getting a lumbar spine root nerve block. Consultant, nurses, theatre staff and hospital staff were all amazing, looked after me fabulously, and on top of all that the food was fantastic! I won't be going anywhere else for spine care.
I wanted to write a review about my experience and to clear some miss information on other reviews.
I was seen by Mr Tony Kotchhar for a grade III shoulder separation. Being a grade III Mr Tony Kotchhar advised that my shoulder would heal by itself but I will always have a little deformity present, so it was entirely up to me on whether to choose to go ahead with the operation. He explained in detail the benefits of the operation along with concerns that the shoulder could possibly creep back up forming a little deformity. That being said its unlikely for that to happen with the techniques Mr Tony Kochhar uses but keeping in mind every person is different.
Just to clear up a previous review Mr Tony Kochhar has been accused of coming across quite rude . This is not the case, he is very professional and straight to the point, he may come across to some people quite blunt but don't take it to heart, his sense of humour can be quite dry. I got along with Professor Kochhar very well and he had me laughing at times.
I decided to go ahead with the operation, I was very nervous being my first operation. I was really taken care of by Mr Tony Kochhar and his team. Even on the day of the operation I was asked if I was sure I wanted to go through with it, I was never pressured into anything.
It has almost been two months after my operation. The operation was a success and I have recently started physiotherapy. Even the physio said that she is really happy with my progress and I am ahead of the curve.
My scar is still healing but because of Mr Tony Kochhar's less invasive techniques it has healed well and is very neat.
I am very happy with the operation and overall outcome. Mr Tony Kochhar is definitely one of the best shoulder surgeons, I couldn't speak more highly of him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
A great clinic and professional staff

Very welcoming staff, a clean and nice place.
A little mor information on how the surgery day was run would have been helpful. I.e. a rough timetable.
Our experience was very positive and we were well cared for. Our only issue was the bland taste of the food.
This is a well-run and well-staffed hospital and there is a lot of attention paid to patient care.
From the doorman who greeted me when I drove up, to the porter who carried my bag to my room, to the nurses, orderlies, cleaners and catering staff, everyone was beyond wonderful and made me feel really relaxed and cared for.
If I had to have surgery again, I would absolutely choose LBH again and of course I would recommend it to anyone.
