ok
I received great care at the London Bridge Hospital from arrival to departure. I felt staff has a mindset to provide excellent service and to provide the much needed support in a difficult time. Thank you
Every single staff that dealt with me were absolutely brilliant professionals who cared for me as if I was part of their family. That’s how exactly how I was made to feel, cared for and loved. They are simply angels on earth. I can only imagine the pressure they might be under but still manage to have that caring smile for you. I thank you all and may God bless you all.
I was on admission for my kidney cancer surgery.
Nurses were great and helpful
Then level of care is superior. The team has helped me a lot during difficult times, and even now the nurses are still giving me the reassurance and the care everyone should need.
The team work extremely hard and they should be recognized for this.
I am treated at the London Bridge Hospital and The LOC @Guy's Hospital.
The nurse were outstanding with looked after me. Attentive & checking me all the time. Nothing was to much trouble day or night.
I did find 1 issue with the food, the dishes that I ordered were very salty. The menu if you were staying for more than 3 nights did not have enough fish or vegetarian options
On arrival I was greeted warmly, and after checking in I had a reasonably short wait of around 15 - 20 minutes before I was shown to my room.
The staff were all very helpful and accommodating and I would recommend this hospital to anyone. They even make sure you're fed post operation - what's not to like (unless you don't like hospital food ).
My only negative was that my television was not working which would have helped to pass the time as I waited 3 hours before surgery.
The hospital is old. Reception is like a 1910 factory side entrance. Food mediocre. Noisy rooms.
This hospital was fantastic when I was an inpatient for a total knee replacement January 2022.
The staff were very attentive and caring. They cannot do enough for you. I would happily have treatment here again.
Mr Nair very quickly diagnosed my problem that others had not picked up on and diagnosed what procedure was necessary: I had a nephrectomy and mr nair answered all my questions and put me at ease: I am just recovering and he has checked on me several times to make sure all is ok and the nursing care has been fantastic too
