Fantastic care from every member of the team, thank you!
My mum has been referred to this hospital for an operation.
She was given a room which was cleaned. The toilet hasn’t been checked and has been used and not flushed and there is no hot water in her room.
She is utterly appalled and I am too. Not the way any patient should be treated.
I was so pleased with my care at London Bridge Hospital. All of the nursing staff were superb, and the PT group was exceptional. My room was spacious, clean and lovely. I highly recommend this facility.
Great service all the way.
Highly recommended
From start to finish (a beautiful start, being let in by a kindly doorman, then led immediately up to your room...), an amazing experience at London Bridge Hospital. I am American and by our standards, this was just an outstanding experience. I felt more as if I were staying in a hotel than a hospital. The food was excellent. The staff were really polite, kind, and smil-ey. Major surgery is not easy, and the overall quality of this hospital experience just made it a whole lot easier, if not sweetly memorable.
Amazingly good care, friendly staff. Medically superb (in my short experience) but also a great environment and all nurses (esp Jane) porters, catering staff and reception were just calm, friendly and welcoming. Very clean, comfortable room and good food.
Again the shift staff were on top of my care pre and post operations. They were deligent, warm, and always available when needed. They all provided top care, and no issue was too small
All hospital staff, from the receptionist on the Ground Floor to the Registration Staff to the nurses and Dr Coker who I saw are extremely professional and efficient. This is the best private hospital I have been to in terms of the level of care and service received. Consultation and treatment with Dr Coker has been very thorough - she is determined to find the root cause of any ailment as opposed to focusing primarily on prescribing medication to deal with any medical issues. I definitely would recommend the London Bridget Hospital and Dr Coker.
Lovely hospital, great staff and clean/ quiet rooms
