The Specialist referred me to London Bridge Hospital for MRI. Not the most pleasant experience because of the nature of the test, particularly the injection of a dye into a vein.

Mr Fakouri has demonstrated very kind and reassuring professional manners during my consultation with him , regarding an unexpected sever lower back pains due to a lumbar spine stenosis. His approach is very cautious, thorough, safe and ,honest.. As a patient and an NHS G.P. for many decades I will strongly recommend him to any patient with complex back problem.

London Bridge Hospital is an excellent hospital, very well managed, clean and safe. It has some of the best consultants and doctors and their nurses are very well trained and caring. I recommend London Bridge hospital warmly to anyone seeking first class treatment - which I received in December 2022 while having an aortic valve replacement surgery. Thank you!

The staff were incredible. It’s more like a hotel experience than a hospital. The room was small and the bathroom a bit tired on this occasion. Previously the rooms were better. I have stayed 3 times and would go there again if required.

Absolutely disgusted with Dr Atalla’s behaviour. My husband and I went to a consultation with Dr Atalla on the 9th September, to discuss IVF options, so we paid £900.00 for a scan, blood tests and first consultation. During the consultation she pushed for us to take some blood tests, as she informed us, she could not proceed with anything without them first.I found this slightly odd but my husband gave her the benefit of the doubt, even though she had updated reports in front of her which we had bought with us. The consultation was based on her making assumptions which made us feel very at unease, but we still felt we would proceed and listen to what advise she can give. She advised me she would send me a prescription for medicines so I can purchase these from my local chemist, 2 weeks of chasing her, I received nothing back from her. 10 days later we receive and email from her secretary to inform us she undercharged us by £225.00 during the consultation, so we sent an email back to her asking for Dr Atalla to discuss the amount in hand to query the blood test results and they cost us £500.00, we wished to view these. We also wanted to discuss the next step forward and some clarification on some reports she requested without our consent during the first consultation. I received a phone call back from her during the evening, very abruptly asking “What is the problem” She proceeded to raise her voice down the phone, which made me feel extremely anxious. I asked her to calm down and wanted her to discuss this with my husband but she refused and proceeded to tell me “ Why would I want to speak with him, You are my patient not him”. I advice her we are both her patients as we are both going this journey. Her behaviour was extremely erratic and aggressive , I have no words to comprehend what I was hearing and how volatile she was towards me. I’am so disappointed in her, her unprofessionalism and lack of empathy towards her clients is shocking. Especially coming from a doctor and that of a woman doctor. She told we do not have the right to view our test results and this is only view when we pay £175.00 for a follow up appointment. As I was trying to calm her down and explain to her we want to come back for a follow up appointment, she told me “You should go somewhere else” she then disconnected and the line or as I heard slammed the phone down. For a couple who are going through IVF your journey should be made as easy and gently as possible, I’m extremely let down by her and have lost all faith with her. Her lack of respect and empathy and towards her clients is disgraceful.
