I went to minor injury unit at Llandudno hospital, the receptionist at the main door was nice and friendly. the emergency nurse that I saw was called Sioned she was really nice, she made me feel comfortable and looked after me well. So big thank you Sioned. I would also like to mention Fran and Jo from the x-ray department who were both nice and friendly. All in All my experience at this particular minor injury unit was a positive experience for me so Thank you.

We are at a loss to offer any advice re further improvements. My friend & I were overwhelmed by the kindness and attention that was shown to us at X Ray reception and ultrasound procedure. Hospital diagnostic procedures are always stressful but the kindness shown to us helped me so much to relax and understand the procedure. Thank you

I was visiting Llandudno and injured my eye and so went to the minor injuries A&E dept. I was treated with such care by a wonderful nurse named Sian. The unit closes at 10.00 pm and I didn't arrive til 9 pm. I was told that I may not get treatment by 10 and would have to go to a hospital 25 mins away. But Sian stayed late to treat all who were waiting. So at 10.20 I was called in for treatment. Sian was wonderful. Gave me such great care and I am very grateful
