Awful understaffed A&E department. Attended with a friend who fell and suffered a head wound. Waited 6+hours to be seen even though there weren’t many other patients waiting. Friend obviously bleeding from head wound but no indication given of when she might be seen. Have been to lister several times in the past with a child and received excellent care. Sadly not the same for adults. Reception staff rude and seemingly uncaring.
