Last summer I was driving home from work i banged my elbow hard and it started to swell up and got hot and painful so I thought I had better get it checked out as I was passing the hospital so went in saw the receptionist who sent me through to minor injuries where I was meet by a rude nurse who asked me before even looking at my elbow if I had phoned my doctors I told her I was on my way home from work and as I was passing and it was swelling badly I would come in to get it looked at .she said I suggest you phone your doctor's and get an appointment as we are busy I was the only person in the waiting area .as you can imagine it kind of puts you off staying so I left and went to my doctors in Looe and was prescribed penicillin for an infection. Awful service .
