I achieved the aim of understanding why I felt like I did what the underlying causes might be. My counselor was very skilled at breaking down what I was saying into understandable drinks and reflecting it back to me.

Nothing I had a very positive experience. The subject matter was extremely painful, but it was good to talk about it and feel better for it.

I would like to say thank you to Trinity hospice for their quick response to my first phone call also a special thank you to Rachael for her professional and caring support.

There is nothing more trinity could do better thanks once more.

I was feeling sad, overwhelmed, emotional and lost. I was given time, space, support and a plentiful supply of tissues!

Nothing really, though it was a relief when masks no longer needed to be work as they acted as barriers.

Paula was very good throughout my sessions and went above and beyond getting me through a very difficult and strange time. Even supporting me with a trying time on holiday.
