I achieved the aim of understanding why I felt like I did what the underlying causes might be. My counselor was very skilled at breaking down what I was saying into understandable drinks and reflecting it back to me.
I would like to say thank you to Trinity hospice for their quick response to my first phone call also a special thank you to Rachael for her professional and caring support.
I was feeling sad, overwhelmed, emotional and lost. I was given time, space, support and a plentiful supply of tissues!
I feel its helped me massively over the past few months and given me a new way of thinking about my mum instead of sad things to do with her passing.
