Review of Counselling and Support written by a patient

Julie was so kind and literally save my life as I was in such a dark place after my husband died. A thank you also to Julie who deals with the backs remedy Julies help went above and beyond.

Suggested improvements
There is nothing Julie could have done better during our counseling and at the meetings.

Review of Counselling and Support written by a family member
27th September 2023

I referred my daughter following the death of 2 grandparents in a short time frame. Happy very much enjoyed her time with Rachel who is caring tentative and fun. However I received no feedback as a parent throughout the 6 sessions I understand the importance of confidentiality but ward have liked on indication if poppy was handling grief or other emotions well or whether I needed to support in other ways at home. Having not been referred for further counseling, I assume she is fine, but it would have been helpful to articulate this with me as the parent.
