Because I think they are very warming and welcoming. The counselling has really help to move forward with my life and things. Excellent service.

My counselor was Julie - lovely and caring lady with calming voice and good techniques for bereaved minds.

I found the counseling to be very helpful. I was able to express my emotions fully and received good advice, which was positive. I felt safe and felt I was listened to and it was non-judgemental it has helped me to cope more through a very difficult time.

I felt that the staff treated me really well and made to feel relaxed.
