Julie my counselor, was a very pleasant and understanding person and she made you feel as though you were talking to a friend whilst discussing problems.

I have no idea how people cope without the help I have been given from the telephone calls, face to face and groups, everything has helped getting me to this stage. Julie s needs a special mention, an incredible asset to trinity.
Suggested improvements
Nothing could have been done better. However, in the future you should continue to support the work Julie does, its essential. Also people don't know how much you do to help people. Even my GP. Shout about yourselves.

My counselor, Keeley, was fantastic. She really helped and supported me with my grief around losing my mum. I was grateful that she offered 2 extra sessions. As we felt I needed them she also signposted me to ongoing support for after our sessions ended.
Suggested improvements
I had also like to point out that the course of complimentary therapy sessions was fantastic too well done trinity!

I was treated with such care and understanding during all of my sessions. I cannot speak highly enough of Julie, she is a wonderful asset to the linden centre.
