Mary who I received my counselling from was excellent, she helped me get through one of the hardest times in my life . I have managed to deal with my emotions and all aspects of grief and the traumatic death of my father who died in October 2016 , without this help I feel I would still be in a very dark hole with no way of keeping going or coping so thank you once again x
