I was given the opportunity to say how I felt./nIt was reassuring to have the session at all exact time each week.
Suggested improvements
From referral it did take a while to actually get the sessions I was not kept informed as to when sessions would start. I was referred early Septemeber and 1st session was November to sessions is not enough - I could do with another set of sessions to cough up progress.
