Lincoln Private Circle Hospital is a really great hospital where I have been fortunate to be treated twice for both my shoulders over the last 2 years. All the staff at this hospital are professional in each department.Appointments are met on time with great care. Inpatient care is also excellent with each member of staff ensuring that your care is paramount. A big thankyou to all of them.

This was the second time I have been treated here over the past 5 years. My pre operation outpatient treatment was excellent on both occasions, however this time my post operation treatment was a very different experience. Everything was fine until post operation and moving back to the ward, where I felt completely forgot about, ignored and I will go as far to say neglected for the remainder of the stay. I was left without water, unable to get out of bead to use the toilet and buzzer (which worked) was ignored repeatedly. The rare occasion anyone checked on me I was promised assistance and water, but it never arrived. I was eventually given a dry stail sandwich and cup of tea about 20min before being discharged later that evening (despite bing first on list that morning), i can only assumethere had beena shift change). I can only surmise this was a staf shortage issue, as I also noted a marked difference in moral (which seemed very low) from my previous experience. I would go so far as to say I was angry and disappointed at my post operation care. Which was further exasibated by my first follow up physio appointment having been cancelled without notice, leaving me sitting in your waiting room for over an hour? since then, my outpatient treatment has returned to its usual excellent status. This criticism is in no way a reflection on the Dr or physio who treated me, it is of the hospital treatment (or lack of) immediately post operation only.

All the staff were lovely,very caring and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The operating theatre staff were also great,ensuring I was comfortable,& very reassuring.Thankyou.

Everyone made me feel welcome and looked after me at all times throughout my time at the hospital Physio is ongoing and both Anneka and Clare have been super especially when I had a set back. I am seeing Clare on 13th September

I really can't fault this hospital. Everyone from receptionist to cleaners,nurses etc were friendly and polite. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. My room was very nice as was the food etc.
