The staff were all lovely. I was looked after really well and surprising quickly for both my initial consultations and for my procedure.

I was in the General for a knee replacement, everything was fine, I even put on weight, the food was that good.
There seems to be so much bad press about the NHS but personally I have absolutely no complaint.
Well done to the "General "

I was in for surgery on 6th February 2017, everyone who were involved looked after me in an excellent way, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.

I was very well cared for from start to finish when I was a patient this year. From my outpatient appointments to endoscopy and through to my operation. My surgeons Mr Chaudhri and Miss Potdar are amazing and I would highly recommend them to others. I would also like to mention the theatre staff who looked after me as they normally miss out! They were very caring. Thankyou LGH!

The treatment received at this hospital was very good. The only concern that I have is I arrived at the hospital with no change for the pay and display parking meter and was not aware that there was a change machine in the entrance to the hospital. Could a sign be placed on the pay and display machines informing people where the change machines are.

I found the service very good the staff were polite helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. I had a problem with passing water after surgery and was in great pain but the staff acted quickly to resolve the problem to minimize the discomfort which I was very grateful for. The checks and medication were on time and the food was very good and always hot. The ward was kept clean and I found the experience as pleasant as a stay in hospital could be.

Although not he easiest hospital to access, my care following my knee joint replacement was first class.

Explained the procedure clearly and confidently , outlined the objectives and the potential outcome .
He told me the results and the success after the operation .
At the follow up review he showed me the images and the area which has been repaired .
really pleased with the results and the outcome is far better than I expected .

It would be very helpful if the ward staff could be quiet at night,less loud talking please.We were given earplugs for gods sake it was that bad!
