I was seen quickly at ICATS compared to waiting for a traditional appointment on the NHS.
I attended Lagan valley A&E and found it to be very efficient. The staff were excellent. I was treated by a lovely young doctor called Hannah and Frank in the X-ray dept was great chat and made the whole experience very relaxed.
Had to visit accident and emergency today. Very pleased with how it is run in the pandemic. Sanitizer all around. Staff are very pleasant and make you feel comfortable.
On Friday 21st of August 2020 I was a patient at the DPU Lagan Valley Hospital.I had an Endoscope and Colonoscope and the team were fantastic. The Consultant/Endoscopist was Katrina Battisti and Nurse Endoscopist Nicola Halliwell plus 3 others. This combination of staff were very professional and had amazing ‘people’ skills. Just a great team.
The staff in the recovery ward were equally caring and helpful. The whole experience was made less stressful due to the care of the staff.
Underwent endoscopy and colonoscopy performed by Dr Allen Lagan Valley hospital. It was virtually pain free and Dr Allen is a fantastic consultant and nurses attending were highly professional and laid my mind at rest. I took no sedation and was joking all the way thru both procedures.
