Overall my experience exceeded my expectation. My anxiety was managed very well. The care and respect by all members of staff was outstanding. The anaesthetist made me feel at ease and managed my nerves and feelings very well. Mr Hasafa was amazing throughout my pre treatment appointments to the day of the procedure. I had complete confidence in him.

The staff and doctors have been totally amazing. They have been caring and kind. The consultant is specialized and very busy , yet he finds the time to concentrate and focus solely on me and my condition. Never have i been left in the dark or felt that i needed more. The hematology sister is incredibly capable and efficient , always positive and encouraging. I am in good hands.

Everyone was really helpful and gave you time. KPH Much more patient centred that rest of hospital so maybe lessons to learn ! Everyone took care to explain everything and allow you to ask questions.
