Great hospital with fantastic staff. I even saw one of the governors sitting in the outpatients in one of my visits surveying patients. Best wishes.

When I arrived at the hospital I was very quickly asked to walk over to the office, in my dressing gown to pay my bill. I was happy to pay the bill but feel it could have been carried out a little more considerately rather than immediately before my operation when I was feeling nervous and a little vulnerable.

I was an inpatient for one night following a routine hysteroscopy procedure and could not have asked for nicer staff. I was really cared for in a way that felt genuine and personal, and even though mine was day surgery, I was encouraged to stay over, as I had reacted badly to the general anaesthetic. I would highly recommend Kingston hospital.

As a family we always prefer to attend Kingston Hospital if possible. It's not too big and appears to have everything.

Appalling care in gynaecology outpatients - not listened too, not treated with any dignity or respect, felt as if I was talking to a brick wall. Not included in the treatment plan, as it appeared very much the drs way or no way- Desperate for me to have a general anaesthetic, even though she had already mentioned the test can be done without, which has really made me question her clinical ability and that she is obviously unable to treat patients as humans and she would much rather they couldn’t speak or question! She made me feeling extremely stupid for asking questions, and I felt hurried out of there without a clear understanding - disgusting care for a hospital who has achieved ‘outstanding’ from the CQC, that consultation was a shambles.

Overall the staff and treatment at Kingston Hospital have been amazing. I was in hospital in 2014 and everything has improved hugely. The only exception to the rule was Dr Omer which is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor.
