I had Blepharoplast recently at Kingston Royal eye unit performed by Mr Sherafat. I cannot praise the care I had highly enough. My surgeon was very gentle and talked through the procedure as he did it. He took time to answer any queries I had. All the nurses were very kind and professional. I had my stitches out yesterday and am very pleased with the result. The wounds have healed very well

I am very grateful for all the care and attention I received at Kingston Hospital following my collapse with low pulse rate on 15 December 2019. Dr Simon Pearse implanted me with a pacemaker and I cannot speak too highly of his expertise and care and advice.
I am very grateful to him and all the staff at Kingston Hospital for looking after me and their treatment over a difficult time.

I would give a total five stars but have met with a few brusque admin staff in charge of services. With efforts have managed to achieve great service in short wait times and a very professional service. (Some staff are treasures). Thank you Kingston hospital!

Everything was excellent. However, they forgot to clean the toilet and as soon as I mentioned they act straight away.

Ive unfortunately had two dealings with Kingston hospital - once when giving birth to my little boy 2 years ago and once in A&E when he had an incredibly sad accident. Both times I/we were treated as an absolute nuisance, made to feel like we did not know what we were talking about and were exaggerating things. As a result, I had a very distressing first birthing experience and more sadly my beautiful little boy lost part of his finger forever! I would absolutely not recommend the maternity unit and certainly not the A&E services!

All Excellent. Kingston Hospital is SO improved. Aside from workers smoking in the street outside our house. Needs stopping. Crowds of them. Unacceptable.
