I think the experience could be improved by making sure patients are acknowledged when they enter the treatment area from the waiting room. Several times I was sent through by reception staff but not acknowledged by medical staff until well after my appointment time (50 mins), meaning I wasn't sure if I had been overlooked or they were just very busy. They were just very busy, but this information would have been helpful to me earlier in my wait. However, all members of staff were consistently friendly and helpful and I felt very well cared for. Thank you.
