My Mum was to A&E Kings Mill after seeing her Dr who had requested a scan be done on the same day. Had a 6 hour wait before being seen. No medication was given and sent home with no scan. There was really no care other than initial obs. A long wait is expected but to not be given a scan when it was requested by a Dr is concerning for the patient and family when the GP had requested it urgently. I would not recommend this service and didn’t feel in the least bit reassured upon being discharged. What care would be my question!
