Shocking. Falsely accused me of failing to attend an appointment and the defamatory allegation is now on my medical record. Refused to answer my complaint letter 2 x , failed to respond to a letter before action.
Great way to deal with a problem, just refuse to communicate.
The utter disrespect, disdain and malice with which they treat taxpaying patients is absolutely chilling.
