I was kept informed of what's happening at all times and everything possible was done to make me feel comfortable. Thank you. Staff and reassure were appropriate for mum needs. However, the food does need some consideration. PS: Discharging took all. Thank you day, and information was vague ans ms leading.

Very disappointed given wrong info e.g told transport will be 1 hr to one hour and a half hours at approx 12.30. Still waiting 7.10 pm.
