Absolutely terrible service. Waited nearly 10 hours and didn’t even get to see a nurse or doctor.
Nurses were great, kind helpful, the lady bringing tea coffee. Didn't see doctor until 12 hours. Waited doctor came in the end didn't say anything. Nothing was told about X-rays, ecg or blood results very long wait with no information
We came in at 3:30pm and waited for 3 hours before being seen and for a total of 7 hours we were there
No complete treatment, after all the test and examination doctor just said unspecific problem….No medication no treatment and said book your GP and tell them your problem…i mean i came for an emergency treatment and they are saying book your Gp for treatment.what is this service???
Please keep up the good work that you all do and keep safe
Left waiting for long periods between being seen for triage to doctor to consultant. After the consultant said no new for scan, just have pain killers and can go, I had to wait over an hour before someone came to give me pain killers, then another hour and a half before I asked having become impatient and asked the clinical team to remove my cannula so I could actually leave. No prescription for pain killers provided.
All staff was professional
The only problem I had was I knew more needed to be done to the problem with my knee. Previously, the hospital would have dealt with it as an impatient and I wouldn’t have gone back home in the same amount of pain as when I came in. The usual procedures were taken and I’m grateful for them stopping my sickness and getting my blood pressure back to normal. But I’m still hopping on one leg and in a lot of pain.
I received immediate treatment which was fantastic. I’m truly grateful for that.
King George’s hospital is the best by staff, cleaning and everything.i am still in hospital but in royal London Whitechapel hospital as I am transferred from king George’s believe me staff crew food every thing is rubbish in here.
I had great experience
