The staff were extremely helpful and caring and listened to our concerns with a lot of patience despite all the pressures they were under.

The nurse who took care of my father is very nice and give us updates of what is the plan.
Suggested improvements
Doctor's strikes are causing long waiting for patient to be seen by doctors. Need more staff.

I was received well and all my health care needs attended so well, the doctor was excellent explaining every pain of my question.
Suggested improvements
The nurses at the front desk us to show how stressed they are especially in charge saying to patient that has seen the worse, so my case is not anything.

Staff introduced themselves and communicated with me in a professional manner that was clear, concise and with clarity. I followed their advice and instructions. I wanted to go home as I was inpatients in waiting to be seen their advice was given with compassion and understanding.
Suggested improvements
I was very pleased with myself that I listened to them and not myself. The whole process from beginning to end has reassured me that I am in good hands by gods grace.
