I have been at the hospital for 24 hours with declining health was told priority to rule out sepsis but ended up waiting from 10 in the morning still being treated 24 hours later. Once getting treatment we re attentive. I have not slept in over 32 hours. Post op and one kidney.
Suggested improvements
Waiting times. Prioritising patients and with major health issues. Administering pain relief when asked.

When I need emergency that time. They make me wait even I could not seat but still doctor make me wait.

Try to do faster because sometime some people need on the time treatment which is not given from here.

The staff was unprofessional and rude, said the injury was minor but pain was unbearable.

Improve on communication skills and common sense and to treat every patient with respect.
