I came in with an autistic could who was getting agitated and restless, due to change routine and delays. The hospital failed to allow to have on time. He was not given bed, he had to sleep on the floor on a blanket.

We have been waiting since 2 pm Saturday for emergency. Chest pain with my 4 year old and not been seen for over 16 hours and still waiting I am very sad.
Suggested improvements
Wait time I expect is 4 hour not his long.
Very disappointed with service.
