Overall they were good and very Kind, The Dr was so Kind and caring and discussed my problems in detail, nurses and ambulance staff were very kind, I am very happy for all NHS A&E department, but I am very disappointed to my GP Newbury Park health Centre.

Hospital bed are shortage, if the patient come for emergency some of the patients needs bed.

Information regarding my illness was discussed with me in the fit to sit area, where all other patients could hear. My illness wasn't actually treated as they thought it was severe enough to be passed onto the medical team. As I have a life long condition, no resolution to my treatment was changed, was sent home, still no wiser why I have a problem.

Medical team could have been involved in my case to at least given me some answers that u required.

All the staff were polite and were doing their best in busy and some crowded and difficult circumstances .

Suggested improvements
Not much space in the Minors Dept in corridor waiting area . Not always easy to find a member of staff , probably as it was busy .

I am very satisfied with the treatment that I received when going into King Georges for my cataract operation and my surgeon Miss Poorna Abeysiri and all her team were most thoughtful and explained to me exactly what was going to happen which in turn made me feel comfortable and at ease with my treatment.

Thank you very much to the paramedic crew which has helped my husband save my life. The hospital was very professional and informative with the next step of my care. I could not praise them enough for their work. Thank you all so much.

Follow up referral has not been done, but with the flow of patients going through A&E and was happy to follow it up myself.

Dr Elahi helped me a lot, he has been very kind and polite towards me and he has gone through a thorough checkup on me and has given a follow up for next treatment. He also listened to my problems with knee as I went there with massive pain in my knee and tried a lot to explain other docs previously but didn’t get a good response from anyone than dr elahi. I am under doctors observation now and have upcoming appointments with doctors. However I am very happy with doctor Elahi and his effort towards patient.

Suggested improvements
I would love to say about the behaviour of receptionist. No patients deserve rudeness or any kind of attitude from a receptionist whereas a patient could be in pain or in his/her lowest phase due to sickness but the behaviour of the receptionist made me so upset as she was very rude and didn’t want listen to me properly. So I I would like to request if you people look up on this matter as every patient deserves kindness and a good behaviour from them. Thank you
