Doctors and nurses take a real pride and care in their work. Suzette(RN on ash ward) is kind, empathetic and takes a real pride in her work and making people as comfortable as possible. Dr Brook was brilliant in both a&e and on the ward, took the time to explain everything and keep me update and came back when he had answers. Anita (matron) did a sterling job of chasing up a new bed for me and keeping me updated each step of the way. They are all a real credit to the trust and made my time in hospital so much more comfortable

I was in a bed for 8 days and counting so far, although staff have been brilliant and are a real credit to the job they do, I did not need a bed for all this time and spent it waiting for a neuro bed to become available and a MRI to be done

All of the staff were very helpful,patient and understanding, which was not easy to be, considering the number of people they had to see to. They made sure they checked on everyone at all times.

Can't think of any improvements at this time.

I was very impressed with the quality of care I received on this occasion

Labelled my bloods properly so I didn't have to have them done again when it was very hard to bleed me

I was treated with dignity, love and care. Due to the nature of my condition, I received a prompt response and every single one of the staff members was nice to me. I’m indeed very grateful. Thank you so much for your help.
