I was admitted on Tuesday 16th May not being able to eat or drink to be told on Friday 26th May I should be feed by a pic line, when the doctor tried to arrange this to be done no one in the whole of KGH was trained to do this- I was then transferred to queens hospital were hospitality they have the staff qualified.
Because being truthful the NHS is a wonderful service being exposed by the movement and an overloaded population.
Nursing staff were brilliant.
On all levels. But generally under staffed. Especially at night.
All information was clear and concise. I was treated throughout with care and kindness.
Very good in staff and everything very clean and tidy. Lovely cup of tea.
Because it is true and satisfactory.
Polite, efficient treatment throughout.
