The specialist nurse was great. It is a very sensitive situation when you have had your prostate removed and she was just so and made me feel at ease.

Very pleased with all the staff at King George hospital. All the receptions nurses and the doctor were very polite, respectful and helpful.

Firstly in my previous review here on this website I mentioned each invitation to give feedback BE EXACT OR BE SPECIFIC WHICH DEPARTMENT OR HOSPITAL WITH APPOINTMENT DATE BECAUSE BARKING & HAVERING ARE MADE MANY DEPARTMENTS THEIR OCCASIONS I HAVE MORE THAN ONE APPOINTMENTS ON SAME DATES.
Back to the reasons they score those stars were base on their attentions to all staffs professionally & correctly doing their works from the receptionist who call a day before to remind me of appointment and other staffs/nurses were very good.

At all times both the nurses and the doctor behaved with care and gave good advice. I have another appointment in October but felt it should have been quicker.
Suggested improvements
The left leg still had ulcers but the right one could have benefited from having a stocking fitted.

I was satisfied with service received.
Suggested improvements
I was not seen by a Doctor but an Orthotic specialist. I received a very nice treatment.
This department raises my shoes heel annually. I would be happier if I could take in shoes without booking appointments.
