Staff were always friendly and welcoming and took time to talk to you. I was really nervous and anxious attending, but the put my mind at rest.
Suggested improvements
The room where rehab happened was far too hot as the air-conditioning was not on.

Because I was very happy with my nurse blank and the staff in the ward.

Better communication among st doctors and their team. You get the inspiration that is all last minute.

Ward seemed to be adequately staffed and someone always available and willing to help. Very caring and sympathetic.
Communications with family was particularly good- telephone calls every day (and sometimes were then since a day) to report on progress which was particularly useful since my family lived over to miles away.
Suggested improvements
Nothing that I am think of except possibly keeping bed space and little darker at night.
