As I had heart failure condition. I did not feel alone. I found the staff, friendly polite and approachable.
I could get the answers to my questions quickly and efficiently.
Suggested improvements
None on this visit. Thank god King George A&E was not shut down. That would have been total devastation in a service which is most needed in the local community 5 star service.

I Found the medical professional- clear and succinct in how he explained the problem with my knees.

Nothing really at the moment - given. The current UK situation - ( stress on NHS)
