Quick assessment, very polite and caring team of nurses and doctors. Many tests done to look for a cause of my pain. Reception very helpful.

Better communication maybe? It was discharged and when called back again for the ultrasound/wait for the doctor was long but that's understandable and was not a big issue.

Some staff are brilliant some staff are pool. Sometimes I have met a re pool. Sometimes I have met a doctor, that did not want speak and explain normal, just rushed.

Long waiting time. Better clean toilet.

They were attentive, caring and looking for ways to ease discomfort ability.

Pay more attention to the surrounding. Eg turn off AC when to cold, or look out for spill on the floor.
