Is waiting so long.

When Mua was seen, the service was excellent, kind, professional. But mum aged 89, was here for 11 hours because the staff were not calling her name in the waiting room, only up the corridor.

When calling patients, especially old ones, walk to the reception desk and say the name clearly. I work here I would not treat people like this. Far from apologising, I was made to feel like it was my fault that we missed her being called.

The triage nurses were lovely. The waiting time was not.

The only thing that needs improving is the waiting times.

The waiting period is to long imagine you not really well and comfy to the the hospital to feel better than end up spending the whole day.

Do better with the waiting period.

Every member of staff went above and beyond such good experience. Valentine got the baby and pad when upset and Monica was so welcoming and put parents at ease.
