My call button didn’t work in the bay , I needed a Sara steady frame as I can’t walk from my wheelchair and I needed to go on commode 2 of them held me up to get to commode then one had to hold me while one pulled bottoms down . Then drag me back to bed it wasn’t a good experience . When I was going home 3 of them got me of the bed and in to my wheelchair . There should be a stand to assist disabled people . It was painfull at times . I have ms and need to take medication at certain times and needed water . I didn’t have any from 5 in morning till 10 . I didn’t think I would be glad to get back to the care home but I was

Suggested improvements
The call button should be working in all the bays Should have been offered water earlier then I was or even given a jug of water . There should be a Sara steady to help people up if needed Lifting me like they did could have injured myself and hurt there backs , not good health and safety procedure A female nurse should be on hand not just a male one to change my pad as could be embarrassing . The male nurse didn’t seem very happy with me and I thought he joked bout heavey loud with the other man
