Terrible from start to finish. I was made to feel a burden on the staff. As was everyone else that was there. Many vulnerable & elderly patients were made to wait for 3 hours just to see the nurse for an initial assessment and get a red/yellow/green card. 3 hours just for that. Only 1 nurse taking forever.

Suggested improvements
I see you have plenty of security but it would also help to employ more nhs staff. After waiting 8 hours when a&e waiting times stated 4hr 30m wait time, I asked at reception how long it’ll be. Her reply was “at least another 3 hours”! I left. Annoyed, distraught & in more agony than I had arrived in. Waiting almost 12 hours is insane. And that too without friendly staff around!
