I attended king George’s following calling an ambulance due to throwing up blood as a 22 year old healthy female. Ambulance took 2 hours to come. Took me to king George’s, where I was ignored and not offered pain relief or anti sickness for over 5 hours despite continually throwing up. Blood tests were ran and got the results 3 hours later despite being told I was the next patient to see a doctor 2 hours before I actually got to see one where I was told my bloods were fine and they didn’t know why it happened. The doctor advised someone would call me Monday morning to arrange for a camera to be put down my throat within the next few days to ensure nothing was wrong internally. Monday comes around - no call. Tuesday - no call. I don’t even know who to chase up because frankly they are utterly useless. god forbid it is anything more sinister as I will sue king George’s for neglect and failure to adhere to health standards. Disgraceful experience to those at their lowest. Receptionists are rude and unempathetic to say the least.
