I wish I had more time to explain how I was feeling over the last few months regarding my symptoms.
Suggested improvements
Allowed more time to explain a detailed description of symptoms over the last few months instead of the reason I came in on that day and the symptoms in the last 24hrs as I feel everything in the last few months was related.
