I found some staff were very friendly but waiting is a problem despite shortages but very inefficient,no urgency whatsoever .confused


Having to keep calling about whether results have been sent to the GP which hadn’t,having to taxi back to hospital with email address from GP . Very frustrating from top to bottom,too much paper chasing,should have iPads.very exasperated
