I attended for an ultrasound on Saturday 25th June 2022. The welcome at reception was warm and the appointment was on time. The radiologist Fahmida and the HCA Lorraine were welcoming and reassuring. The scan was conducted efficiently and thoroughly. Thank you.

It would be helpful for team members to introduce themselves by name initially, as this affirms the human touch.
