Aoife my hand therapist was excellent. She gave clear guidance on the exercises I should do and recommended equipment such as theraputty and weights to use. The result is that through following the programme exactly, my wrist and hand are pretty much back to normal.
The only thing I could think of that might improve things is if the service were able to provide the equipment for people to borrow as some people might find the cost of acquiring theraputty, weights etc prohibitive.
