There was almost no communication. I was left in a wheelchair for almost 15 hours. I had to in the end find a doctor and explain the situation, who then checked my notes and discharged me within minutes. That was all. To get this done I waited and waited.
Suggested improvements
I was assured that I will need a bed but I was stuck in a wheelchair for 15 hours and told not to move.
